Pasha is a retired Special Operations Operator and current Parachute Demonstration jumper. This two time Purple Heart recipient who went face to face with a suicide bomber teaches Gray Doctrine’s enrolees how to strengthen their individual Mental Health, how to manage stress in a healthy way and how to perform in high stress, high stakes situations. These lessons will maximize our student’s performance at work, strengthen each individual from within and improve the over all well being of our clients. This will then lead to happier, more fulfilled, well rounded employees and a positive work environment.

“POW” instructs GDG's enrollees in open source intelligence tools to keep all information safe from social media presence to personal digital vulnerabilities. He holds more than 19 years of experience in intelligence, including analysis, intelligence targeting operations and operational mission planning for both conventional and unconventional military operations. His service includes five years in special operations in Afghanistan, including his efforts which helped kill Usama Bin Laden.

As a SWAT hostage negotiator, Fernando will teach how to apply the skills he learned handling hostage takers to navigate business situations. He holds more than 20 years of experience in police and hostage negotiation. His expertise in teaching hostage negotiation has been called upon by law enforcement agencies and SWAT teams around the world. Fernando’s also a Marine veteran, who served in Desert Storm.
